Activity description
Book your canyoning trip in the heart of the Ordesa and Mont Perdu National Park in the Spanish Pyrenees from Saint-Lary-Soulan!
In the company of a qualified canyoning instructor, you will go on an adventure in the Barrosa, Trigoniero, Grand Miraval, Yaga, Viandico or Gloces. On the programme: swimming, jumps, slides and waterfalls... Many obstacles will face you and you will have to overcome them all, so take your courage in both hands and go for it!
The canyons are quite narrow, the jumps are high, and sometimes the water pushes a bit. Your instructor will bring all his know-how on the descent, sometimes with the help of a rope, to secure you.
Thanks to the many canyons around Saint-Lary-Soulan, the instructor can change the course from one session to another, so if you like the first descent, go back for another canyon later!
So if you're strong enough to take on one of these canyons and go down it, come to Saint-Lary-Soulan for a canyoning session in the best spots in the region.
- Departure from the base at St Lary Soulan
- An hour's drive to the canyon (Spain)
- 4 hours of canyoning

You must be able to swim, be in good physical shape, and should not have any contraindications to the practice of canyoning.
