Visit Tromso's world-famous Ice Hotel and meet their friendly herd of reindeer on this all-inclusive, family-friendly adventure to the Ice Domes Hotel!
During this adventure, you will have the opportunity to explore the beautifully sculpted ice hotel. Set among the high mountains and beautiful Tamok valley, near the Finnish and Swedish borders, this hotel is rebuilt out of ice and snow every Winter. You will be allowed to visit their ice bar, ice cinema, ice bedrooms and ice restaurants, all decorated according to local themes, from Sami culture to the Northern Lights. Take in the fantastically coloured lighting and ice sculptures and marvel at this unique natural edifice of ice.
We include a guided tour which will teach you about the ice hotel’s construction process. This will be followed by a free non-alcoholic shot at the ice bar, and even a short movie at the ice cinema! Feel free to bring extra money for additional drinks or snacks at the ice restaurant.
This trip also provides you with a hot traditional soup for lunch, as well as some hot drinks. Finally, complete this tour of Camp Tamok with a visit to the camp’s friendly reindeer. You will also have time to cosy up around a warm fireplace in our warm wooden lavvu.
We will meet in Tromso centre at 10.45, where we will take a 90-minute bus to the Ice Domes Hotel.
Once there, we will have 2 hours and 15 minutes to do the guided tour of the hotel, have lunch, and enjoy some free time in the facilities.

Special terms
Vegetarian food can be provided if notice is given upon booking. Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. If no notice is given, an additional fee of 150 NOK will be charged.
Please note that this tour does not include reindeer sledding, Sami culture or feeding the reindeer.
