Offer Description

Take off at an altitude of 3,842 meters for an hour above Mont Blanc and the Chamonix needles.

Count on a total of 3 hours of activity (going to the take-off site + setting up the equipment + flight + debriefing).

Course of events

- On arrival at the meeting point, you and your pilot will board the gondola for a 10-minute briefing on how the tandem flight will work.

- You'll then make your way to the take-off site on the Aiguille du Midi using special equipment (harness, rope and crampons) to help you descend a snowy ridge overlooking the Chamonix valley: a great adventure in addition to the flight that awaits you!

- After the usual preparations (untangling the glider, giving instructions to the passenger), all you need to do is take a few steps forward and you'll be in the air!

- Then it's off for an incredible hour in the sky above Mont Blanc and the Chamonix peaks (Aiguille des Glaciers, Grandes Jorasses, Aiguille du Grépon, etc.): depending on the conditions, your pilot will always try to optimise the flight, and if you feel like it, he can perform a few acrobatic manoeuvres and give you an introduction to piloting.

- You'll fly over the whole of the Chamonix valley, skim the steep slopes of Mont-Blanc and sometimes have the chance to spot a golden eagle, chamois or ibex.

- You'll finish your flight 1,000 metres below, a stone's throw from Chamonix town centre, where you'll debrief your experience with a smile on your face.
