Activity description
The guides will come to pick you up at your accommodation/hotel and bring you to the camp. You will be geared up with snowshoes and will go on your way to hunt the Northern lights. The experienced guide will take you to the best place to search for this magnificent phenomenon. You will be far away from the city pollution to enjoy the dancing lights around the forest.
During the tour, the guide will explain how the Northern Lights are formed, from the science side but as well the ancient tales. You will have the possibility to eat gingerbread cookies and warm juice while listening to the incredible tales.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Special terms
Please note that this activity operates with a 2 person minimum per tour.
At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sunday.
Northern Lights sightings are subject to weather conditions and solar activity, so they are not guaranteed.
Pick-up/drop-off to your hotel/accommodation within a 15 km radius of Rovaniemi city center.
